1. Data collected

Registration may involve names, contact details, login information and security logs. Booking and accommodation involve stay dates, selected accommodation, guest numbers and details, messages and identity-document information required by applicable guest-registration rules. Payment records include the amount, status and transaction reference; full payment-card details should not be stored by the hotel where the payment provider processes them. Enquiries contain the contact details and message you submit. Technical data may include IP address, browser information, session cookies and security logs.

2. Purposes and legal grounds

We process data to perform booking and accommodation contracts, manage and secure accounts, communicate with guests, meet applicable guest-registration and accounting duties and protect the website. Articles 5 and 6 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data govern the applicable processing principles and grounds. Optional analytics, advertising and location features require the relevant separate choice.

3. Consent

Where consent is the legal basis, it must be specific, informed and obtained separately from other documents under Article 9 of Law No. 152-FZ. You may withdraw consent, subject to processing that remains necessary under another lawful basis.

4. Recipients and data location

Recipients may include payment processors, necessary technical contractors and public authorities where disclosure is legally required. The actual providers and any international transfers must be verified before publication. Collection of Russian citizens’ personal data via the Internet is subject to the localisation rules of Article 18(5) of Law No. 152-FZ.

5. Retention and security

Data is retained only for the relevant purpose and applicable statutory obligations. Actual retention periods by data category must be confirmed against the hotel's systems before publication. Legal, organisational and technical safeguards are implemented under Articles 18.1 and 19 of Law No. 152-FZ.

6. Cookies and geolocation

Necessary cookies support sessions, sign-in and form protection. Analytics and marketing cookies remain off until you opt in. You can change your choices through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Coordinates are collected only after separate browser permission for a location feature you deliberately invoke.

7. Your rights

Under Articles 14, 20 and 21 of Law No. 152-FZ, you may request access, correction, blocking or deletion where legally applicable, withdraw consent and seek cessation of unlawful processing. Use the contact address listed in the operator-details section.
