Booking, payment and cancellation terms
Bookings are governed by Russian consumer law No. 2300-1 and the accommodation-service rules under Government Resolution No. 1912, effective from 1 March 2026.
Price, services, stay dates and payment conditions are shown before confirmation. Optional paid extras require the consumer's agreement. A consumer may withdraw from the service contract under the mandatory legal rules, subject to demonstrable expenses actually incurred by the provider where applicable.
